I had an incredible time shooting at Stonewall Creek Falls near Tiger, Georgia this morning. It is a very peaceful place. A gentleman was fly fishing about a quarter-mile downstream. Other than him, I had the area to myself.
I captured this image using my 24-70mm f/2.8. (It is now my go to lens.) I was tripod mounted and used a circular polarizer. As always, thanks for stopping by.
Absolutely beautiful picture. I love it!
Lovely!! I can feel the tranquility.. 🙂
Beautiful capture of the falls and lush green!
A stunning image, Toby. I tend to get all impatient and leave the tripod at home. Your picture has persuaded me it’s worth bringing along.
I can only speak for myself. But, shooting from a tripod yields sharper images. And it slows me down so that I make more deliberate compositions.
Gorgeous! What a beautiful shoot location. I hope you had time to relax by the water. Looks peaceful.
This is a stunning photograph. Nature is so profound!
very nice composition with great depth and details. you make them falls come alive, toby, each and every one you photograph.
best regards,
kap

Agreed, Stuart. Your landscapes are incredible!
Nice! All I have is an Android camera-phone but, then again, I’m not a photographer. Lovely pics.
A stunning photograph! I am partial to waterfalls and lagoons myself and this photo inspires me to try harder.
I love this photo! I love the rocks in the foreground. Great job.
Love the vibrance of the bright green moss on that first rock…everything about this photo screams awesome!
