Upper Falls on Crow Creek

Crow Creek Falls-Toby Gant_DSC0531_2013

I escaped the confines of the indoors this morning and visited Crow Creek Falls near Lakemont, Georgia. The area near the falls is already showing signs of the autumn season with golden leaves dotting the landscape.

I captured this image using my 16-35mm f/4, tripod mounted and using a circular polarizer. I hope everyone else found an opportunity get outdoors this weekend. Thanks for stopping by.

  1. Hi! Nice photo, I really like all the yellow leaves spreaded on the rocks, makes a good contrast to all of the green and brown. Yep, I took my camera for a walk twice (!) this weekend. Maybe not the best I could’ve done from a study-perspective, but it was worth it, the weather was great!

      • Yes, that’s really what darkens my sun at the moment. Just have to find my papers from the purchase, if I’m lucky I might have some insurance… Thank you for your concerning!
