I captured this image of Smith Creek on my recent trip to visit Anna Ruby Falls near Helen, Georgia. I’m looking forward to the leaves on the trees changing soon. I love the rich green colors. But, the fall colors will be a nice change.
I captured this image using my 24-70mm f/2.8 tripod mounted and using a circular polarizer. Thanks as always for stopping by.
I agree….looking forward to the changes in color
Hi Toby, this is truly a very beautiful photo of a very beautiful place. I know the area very well. I have a home there in Sautee, Ga. and I always look forward to the changing of the season up here in Northeast Ga, mountains. Thanks for sharing, and may God bless you abundantly as you continue to use the awesome gift God has given you to share the world with all of us.
Thanks for the kind words, Pastor Davis. Sautee is a truly beautiful place. Your blog is inspiring. May He continue to bless and keep you and yours.
Thank you my friend, I receive that.
I keep saying I need to check this area out, but after seeing this pic I know I need to make it happen! Thanks for the inspiration! I feel a roadtrip coming on! 🙂
I believe you will find that your time was not wasted. There are an abundance of beautiful places throughout the Blue Ridge Range. Thanks for your kind words.
I haven’t been through that area at all. I definitely need to check it out! I am a mountain girl through and through so not sure how I ended up living at the beach! Lol

Thanks for the kind words, RCC. I love your blog. Your macro images are incredible.
That is a lovely and very photogenic place, I feel the branch going from right to left is obstructing an otherwise great shot may taken from a little lower angle would have pushed the branch up above the fall showing its entire beauty.
fantastic,kind regards from Austria
Thanks for the kind words, Alois. You have an incredible blog.
