Mangrove Sunset

Mangrove Sunset - Toby Gant -

I was rewarded with this sunset early one evening following a great afternoon of shooting shorebirds on Merritt Island, Florida. It’s just one more reason that Merritt Island is one of my favorite places on this planet.

  1. Thank you for liking “Nature’s Black Thumb.” I enjoyed visiting your blog and looking at your beautiful photos. I like this photo in particular because of the orange sunset filtering through the clouds. I also like how the lone mangrove tree in the foreground and the lone mangrove tree in the background emphasize that they live in an island landscape that shifts with the tide. Well done! ๐Ÿ™‚
